5 /5 Yvette Soliz: Best customer service! Brad was so patient, helpful and went beyond customer service. Jenn Merema the owner came out to greet me and so helpful too. Every time I go in, she comes and greets me and ask how we are doing after our accident. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and just made me feel like a friend. I would highly recommend this State Farm agency.

I decided on the Midwest this year, 2023, just bought a new home in the QCA, and needed homeowners insurance, but the gecko-brand insurance was not offering any deals that made me feel comfortable with the additional of now also having to pay a mortgage… Then a google search led me to Mercedez Roberts at Jenn Merema’s State Farm office. Mercedez couldn’t have made this process any easier! I don’t think anyone could have gotten a better deal for me than what I’ve got with Mercedez at this State Farm office. And with full coverage of my car and home! I’m so glad I listened to the reviews for once and tried contacting this office and asking for Mercedez directly. She is the embodiment of superb customer service! If she can’t get you an insurance deal you like, I don’t think anyone can. Mercedez was so easy to work with and custom tailored an Auto and Home insurance package for me. She took the time to understand what was important to me and gave me several different options to consider. She was also able to provide me better coverage and save me almost $500 annually. Highly recommend Mercedez if you are looking for Home, Auto, or any other type of insurance.
