Dani Divine Lacked ability & confidence! Switched to him after a previous lawyer blew off an important day in court. We hadnt ever even gotten the exs financial records before he was already like - whatever lets just move on. But shes hiding $ - he never cared. Wait, what?!!! He let his client take it hard, never had any fight in him (even was all chummy with the opposing attorney), and in the end added wording to a divorce decree without any discussing it. Heed my warning, Waste your $ on a better lawyer!

Mike Haskins I hired Kelly as a referral from a friend of mine. Unfortunately, she was thrown into my custody case in the middle with little reaction time to pending court dates. She listened to my situation, worked hand in hand with the GAL, and has been pushing the case along as best she can. I realize that the court system is very slow, but while remaining patient, Im getting proper updates from Kelly, and the communication to the GAL, opposing attorney, and judge has been very well written or spoken. I feel she really understands my situation, and shes on my team in getting me access with my kids.

Nell Southerland I received an $11,500 bad check from Chris Chauncey for services I provided for a community event. Several other businesses were not paid for their services. The winners of the marathon were not paid the advertised $5,000. Yet the States Attorney refuses to charge him with anything. The States attorney would rather see its local business suffer. They would rather let a man from 7 hrs away come in and cheat people out of approx $36,000 total. Dont be confused. Writing a bad check for this amount is supposed to be a felony, but not in this county. This States Attorney says its okay. Advertising money to winners and not paying is fraud, but not in this county. This States Attorney says its okay. This States Attorney decides what the laws are. Expecting justice here is a joke.
