1 /5 Miranda Marie: Switched to this company for car insurance about maybe 6 months ago. Little did I know that was the worst mistake ever!!! Recently got a letter in the mail stating my license would be suspended if I didn’t insure my vehicle in a certain amount of time but I was paying for car insurance with these people, so I was very confused. When we brought the issue to DOUGS attention he stated he did not properly record my vehicles identification number & year. Also that it couldn’t have been on my end that he WISHES he could blame it on me which was just very unprofessional in & out.. now I’m not getting any calls returned he supposedly went on vacation, have went in office he “wasn’t there” that day & nobody can tell me anything about me being compensated for a service I paid for & was NOT PROVIDED. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere these people are very unprofessional & do not care!! If I could give zero stars I would!

5 /5 Larry: They take extra good care of me! Im high maintenance! Ha Janice is patient with me beyond expectation. Entire Sreenan staff goes the extra mile to make sure TOTALLY SATISFIED! & vlye mr in to all my options. Including Doug & Tim!

1 /5 Roberto Torres: Had my car insurance policy with Sreenan for 10+ years... even after moving out of Rockford didnt have a single issue. For reasons I dont understand, Ive been trying to reach out to Doug multiple times and he didnt answer my phone while I was making an important trip out of the country. Even tried emailing him and through social media, he didnt answer and didnt helped me. After coming back to the U.S I reached to him and called him, this time he did answer! He wasnt aware that I tried reaching out to him or of my situation he didnt seem to care much on the phone. So now Im taking my business elsewhere its very disappointing and unfortunate after having him as my agent for that long..

2 /5 Jennifer Scott: Well I wanted to use im this company, as a policy was created for me very quickly and Doug was very friendly at first. I have been leaving messages for almost three weeks now so I can go ahead and pay out my policy and now my calls aren’t being returned and I feel like flat out being ignored. I now have to shop all over again for a new policy and I’m not even sure why. I don’t like a salesman that is there when u purchase but disappear after you buy. I will not recommend
