1 /5 Christopher Rodeo: Horrible experience if I could give a negative star review I would. Attorney Darius Sethna was appointed as GAL for my case. Hard evidence was presented to him, proving that my daughter‘s mother was actively coaching my daughter to lie to me for months also questioning my daughter on what is being asked and talked about with the GAL which I was told both are very very inappropriate. At the end of his investigation not one thing that was confirmed that my daughter‘s mother was doing was mentioned talked about or implemented in a decision. He is the definition of a weak man. Highly recommend to stay away from this law firm I was contacted by my attorney after leaving this review requesting I delete it by Mr Sethna. 100% of my initial review is true and I am willing to give evidence if requested. Mr Sethna when asked why wasn’t the evidence i submitted considered he said “ this is just my recommendation” Well we all know 95% of recommendations by GALS are taken as the decision by current judges. So Mr Sethna my comments not only 100% warranted also are just my recommendations for anyone looking for an attorney should stay clear of your practice

I truly believe he had my childrens best interest in mind at all times. Hes tough, well-respected, honest and fair while being upfront with what possible scenarios can happen with your case. 1 /5 Leti R: I sincerely hope the court never appoints this individual as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) for your child. In my experience, he does not take into account the concerns presented, even when provided with clear evidence. The child has undergone significant changes, largely due to the other parent influencing them with negative perceptions. Four years after the divorce, we are still facing numerous challenges. 5 /5 Jackie Sumner: Darius is hands down the best attorney around. He is fair, honest and will represent you 1000%! He is the brother I wish never had! He is tough, but honest. He wont let you just sign something until you are fully aware of each page you are signing. If you want a good attorney who will fully invest in your case -- I always say, you pay for what you get and Ive never been let down by Darius!
