The worker said I needed to come in and I asked why if all other insurances can be done over the phone. She said “well if you want it if not don’t come in am not the one interested you are ! Raising her voice at me…Speechless on the customer service. DEFINITELY NOT HOW YOU SPEAK TO CLIENTS.

1 /5 Marco Munoz: I Called Feb21 upset because I had received an invoice an AGENT NAME DORIS Pick up the phone I told her my issue she kept me in wait for 10 min and came back and told me the exact same thing I told her didn’t have an answer to my question and all she said are you going to pay yes or no and because I was kept asking why was I not contacted she Hung up the phone didn’t even let me make my payment. So today Feb22 I called again to make the payment and DORIS PICKS UP AGAIN takes the payment and when I tell her to place me on the do not call list because she is very unprofessional she started to raise her voice and even called me a lier and then hangs up AGAIN she knows very well it was her who I spoke to both time that I called. Some one needs to let her know to be more professional and respectful hanging up on a paying client just because he’s saying how he feels about tha way he was treated makes it worse. 1 /5 Aurora Triminio: bad pity the attention of there went to me to do a legal process with stamps and signatures till I charge in advance and when I went to pick it up I did not have a signature or stamps and I told him that he lacked stamps and his answer was not I can sign or seal it, Ill tell you Im not going to take it back, my money did not tell me the document is done, Im not going to pay you back if you want to take it there How can these types of people working in these places where people go daily to help them what they do is steal and take advantage of ka people

5 /5 ITSTHEMONEYTEAM gang gang: A very nice people affordable insurance prices and have good insurance deals I suggest you try them out if you need SR22 insurance or just basic insurance and very nice customer service they are very polite and easy to work with
