My homeowners claim from start to finish was complicated and frustrating, and it felt easier to walk away from it than to sort through it. Wally reached out to me and offered to help me wade through it all, and he was determined to see it through to the end. Hard to find that kind of initiative and commitment to clients in the world we live in today. His kindness and commitment will never be forgotten. Lexi and the rest of the team made me feel real welcomed from the moment I came in the office. I never felt pressured one bit, they made it very comfortable for me.When I came out of the office I felt very informed with all the answers I recieved from Lexi and the rest of the knowledgeable staff. Paul DiTomo Lisa Hall and her assistant, Mary Jo did a fantastic job with State Farm Auto Insurance handling my vehicle’s damage claim. Not only was I helped with the auto repair company and the car rental while my car was being repaired, Mary Jo also followed up 3 different times to see if everything was being taken care of. Katie Elder If you are looking for insurance you can go just about anywhere...BUT If you want GREAT insurance, GREAT customer service and GREAT support when and if you have an accident....then you NEED to call Greg. We have been with Greg and County Financial for a few years and we are completely satisfied. We know that if we need to add a vehicle to our policy we make 1️⃣ phone call and its done and done correctly. We are very please with our premiums on Auto, Home, and Life insurance policies!! We support Greg because we know he supports us.
