We now have more coverage and are paying less, we are so blessed to have these two!! I feel like one of the family when I go there and leave feeling so good!! I am beyond impressed with how Matt helped my son and showed great patience with him and took his time with him!! It was his first time getting insurance on his own and he took in everything that Matt had to say! He treated him with respect and dignity which is something I am so grateful for, thank you both for loving what you do, caring when you don’t have to, and going the extra mile for each and everyone you come into contact with!! Mike Absher You truly never know what you have in an insurance policy or an agent for that matter, until you have a claim. I found out. Due to a natural disaster beyond my wildest imagination, I experienced a huge loss. Midwest Family Mutual was fair, prompt, and efficient. Moreover, however, Tim Weis was far more than an agent. He came to my property multiple times and spent time with me in an extraordinarily traumatic time. I will forever be grateful for what went FAR beyond great service, but simply empathetic care. I almost NEVER write reviews on any product, for any reason, good or bad. I am making an exception in this case, because it is SO deserved, and appreciated. Marquette Hendon Octavia was very friendly & did great with helping me get insurance for my mother. I had a million questions because I didn’t know the difference between the type of insurance policies. She broke everything down so that I can understand it, she did so with easy and patience.
