1 /5 Kim Roberts: I just recently bought a new vehicle and sold my old vehicle to my boyfriend. My policy should have been transferred from my old vehicle to my new one. Instead it was transferred to my boyfriend with my old vehicle. Now their telling me that Im past due on my payments and wanting more money that I already paid. Ive been with American Family Insurance for 20 plus years and never had a problem until I was switched to this agency. Ive been told by Rockys Secretary that said payment stays with said vehicle. Never in the years Ive been driving have I ever had an insurance policy stay with a vehicle that Ive sold. So since all of this if been looking for a new insurance company. Do not Recommend this company.

5 /5 Tom Utley: I have to admit Rocky& Shane do a great job of taking care of their clients needs. My wife, a horrible driver (sorry baby but its true), had been in 2 wrecks in a 1 year period which resulted in our previous company dropping us. Rocky not only miraculously got us coverage, but at a cheaper rate and better coverage than before her 2 accidents at State Farm. So take that Jake from State Farm! I promise you cant go wrong with Rocky. I mean, who else would you rather have in your corner than a guy named Rocky?!
