The reason for this post is simply because i’m trying to speak to a manager in the claims dept and the only communication i’ve received in over month (after my vehicle was unexpectedly totaled by shrapnel) showed the home office address for state farm as to be here, so here i am. i had not heard anything in regards to my claim, so i called, simply too follow up trying to get information about my claim, my claims person hung up on me… since then she has refused to answer any calls from me, has my number routed directly to her so she can abuse customers under the radar and get away with this mistreatment. I need help, i don’t want drama i just want to know what is going on…and state farm needs to know i feel uncomfortable with the fact i can’t even speak to management about our situation is sickening… our rental coverage is ending so and i am disabled and have to go to my doctors appts, we also have 3 kids…i do not understand how we can pay money to be “protected” then be treated like this while your losing a vehicle you paid cash for….
