Kristi V I cant say enough good things about Joe Borsberry and his team. I would hire him again for any future matters, no questions asked. Our case involved our son, who is a minor, and I was taken back at how well he spoke with a child. He made our son feel comfortable and understood, while also explaining things at a level that our son understood the processes that were going on. From start to finish we were regularly updated on the case, never feeling like we were left in the dark. The fees were very reasonable for the services and follow-up provided.

Collin Krause Casey was my attorney for my variance request with the board of appeals to receive a 4 foot fence instead of the allowable 3 foot fence in a front yard. Casey was an excellent attorney for this case and put in a great deal of time and expertise to help achieve the outcome I was hoping for. I had planned to read a long statement in the hearing, but after Casey did his bit, I really didn’t need to say anything because he had covered everything so perfectly. Sometimes these hearings can be difficult, and I think if I hadn’t had Kepple Law on my team, there’s a very good chance it could’ve not been decided in my favor.
