1 /5 Leah Watson: I was assaulted in December by Shawn Lowenstein and Tina Hoffman of oakwood Il. I woke up after 3 days on the floor to police arresting me for my own assault essentially as I was the only one assaulted. Im fighting a misdemeanor assault false charge while actively dying as a result of a punch to the head by Shawn Lowenstein specifically (Tina just kicked me in the stomach when I was already down) causing a severe electrolyte deficiency causing rapid weight loss, memory issues, issues with processing information and encoding new memories. I have been to er as a result of this assault over 20 times. Today the states attorneys office told me that they wont press charges because there isnt “proof” I have tons of documentation regarding this and there was no proof I assaulted anyone because I didnt so clearly they do when there is no evidence. So basically as a result of him punching me they wont charge him with assaulting me. So basically because I got punched in the head I wont get justice for being punched in the head. Unless I get justice on my own which I will. Thanks for not doing your jobs. Should say injustice instead of justice.

5 /5 John: Absolutely awful All you have to do is run up there to get an order protection and then you have to go up there and defend yourself after being in court 30 times in 14 months I thought maybe someone was up there smart enough to figure out this aint right but they dont All they want to do is get a small prosecution and its not that hard when they got Mike Mayer as the public pretender All it is is a coffee shop making deals you cannot get any answers its all nothing but a big run around I dont see how they can keep issuing orders of protection to the same person that is trying to destroy your life for self-gratification all they are is an assist to help them do it The states attorneys office is corrupt when theyre not smart enough to figure something out helping somebody ruin their life why dont someone up there get their head out of their ass and do a little bit of investigating before they keep writing orders of protection in court 32 times and 14 months never laid a finger on anybody thats more than Charlie Manson and Jeffrey Dahmerif you dont know what youre doing why dont you call somebody to figure it out because youre sure in the hell aint smart enough to figure it out up there by yourself

A man who chooses to ignore facts, and ignore his own investigators working for him, and DESTROYS LIVES because of his own personal vendettas. A man in dire need of The Lords grace. Thank God for our judges on the bench who keep this monster in check... unfortunately when they do.. and the man finds himself on the losing side of a ruling... he will come after you with alllllll the power his handful of years of experience have granted him, and he will abuse it to the best of his ability. If you have a happy, loving family, and youre considering living in vermilion county, IL... DONT...
