1 /5 Dan Rhodes: Went in for a personal loan went in a week later she said on Monday Ill submit it , Thats week 2 trying to get loan very slow process went to bank down the block within 24 hours I had an answer and you need house insurance to get personal loan which no other bank requires. The loan papers never left her desk in all that time. Nothing got done.

1 /5 tiffany Kramer: HORRIBLE!!!!! I have been a member of this bank for almost 8 years. Up until this last year they have been great. BUT Since june of 2013... All the debit cards I have received have had problems, When I have an issue with my online account they say there going to give me a temporary password and dont, so I can never log into my account. I run a small business out of my home. Not only that, but when you log in online they dont really offer you much compared to the other banks surrounding dekalb. I get charged everytime I use my debit card even if I run it as credit, and now with this "new" card I had to order I cant even run it at all!!!!! MY ACCOUNT APPARENTLY RAN TO 0??? SO THEY CLOSED IT OUT AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO ME ABOUT IT, NO NOTICE, NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL. NOTHING. SO DONE WITH THIS BANK I REALLY HAVE TO SAY I WILL BE TAKING MY SERVICES ELSEWHERE BECAUSE YOUR BANK IS HORRIBLE!!

1 /5 James Elliott: Called the other day. Person on the phone was not helpful and seemed like she wanted to hurry up and get off the phone. I asked them to close my account and they would not stay on the line or help me with any of the process. The account was eventually closed and I did not even receive a confirmation email or call telling me it was closed. Employees are just not helpful.
