Collin Krause Casey was my attorney for my variance request with the board of appeals to receive a 4 foot fence instead of the allowable 3 foot fence in a front yard. Casey was an excellent attorney for this case and put in a great deal of time and expertise to help achieve the outcome I was hoping for. I had planned to read a long statement in the hearing, but after Casey did his bit, I really didn’t need to say anything because he had covered everything so perfectly.
