There are so many details and so much to handle that would be difficult to grasp at the best of times. Those feel insurmountable in hard times. I am so glad that I had Mr. Lake, Nancy and Rachel to guide me through all of the steps from offer to close. They were so patient and kind, and 100% in my corner. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a tram to help with a real estate transaction.

Hanah Chang Tania was really understanding about my financial circumstances and what I was looking for in a lawyer (not super cutthroat and out for blood, someone who would treat both sides fairly) - when I had my consultation with her, I felt very heard. She worked on my case only when it was absolutely necessary to lessen her billable hours and had other capable lawyers work on my case. I always felt like she and her team were really on my side and actually advocating for me (unlike my previous lawyer, who didnt provide the guidance I was looking for).
