tom boutilier Tom Edler is one of the nicest people you’ve I’ll ever meet! He takes your call and doesn’t have you sent straight to a voicemail. I’ve had a freak out moment with something that was destroyed.. next time we went into Tom’s office he had a replacement for me. I knew from then on he will insure us until we well.. don’t need insurance at all…. Well if heaven has insurance must be expensive… but I’m sure Tom will get them insured! Can’t say enough love you guys your office alway feels like home as well as talking on the phone it’s like calling that one family member you should call more but never do.. we’ll make it up here!! 1. Jill Ludwig Belle Prairie has been Fantastic in taking care of their customers. The Insurance adjuster came out quickly to check damage They also got back with me in the time frame that they said. I have used Belle Prairie Insurance for years and they have done great!When I called the new manager got back with me personally and took the time to explain things to me, very friendly and made sure that I got the answer I needed on my claim. Dan Zolman Amica was a good insurance company when I first joined in 2008. Trying to communicate with this company now is impossible. The rates keep going up but the service keeps going down. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amica says that they send notices for discounts, but I cant remember getting any. But they have no problem raising your rate. Dont get into an accident, because they will not communicate at all! I have so much more to say but Im too angry. Go somewhere else!

Vitali Morozov I have received a flyer from Nick Masching citing completely unrealistic coverage for the proposed premium. For 1M dwelling coverage, he was promising a $2000 premium. When contacting Nick, his response was "The flyers are an estimate they can sometimes come back lower, same, and higher. I can increase the coverage amount if youd like but unfortunately it will not lower the premium amount. " He comes back with a proposal of $4000+. Basically, the flyers he sends are misleading. Do you want to buy anything from a misleading agent? Thanks, good job, Nick!
