Dayy Maaan I have been with the Credit Union since 2010. Ive been with them through their remodel and this new merger or change to Credit Union 1. I’ve seen a lot of 1-star reviews lately, but honestly, people are being way too quick to complain. Yes, the system changed, but the staff have been great about helping everyone adjust. When I needed help with the new app, they sat with me, explained everything clearly, and we had it working in about five minutes right there in the branch. Every time I have a question, they take the time to make sure I fully understand before I leave. Special shout-out to Daisy — she always greets me with a big smile and makes you feel welcome right away. If you have questions she has got your back and will help until your issue is resolved. Because she’s bilingual, she’s able to help even more people, and that makes a huge difference. Instead of leaving 1-star reviews people should show a little patience and appreciate the great service these folks are working hard to provide. The members are adapting to a new system just like we are. Thanks to everyone at the credit union for helping us all get through this transitional phase that theyre are having alongside us.

Brooke Scott Maria was amazing with helping me set up accounts for my children. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to her job and the business of banking, I love how she gave my son a short financial literacy course in such a short period of time! She was on point and I plan on traveling to meet with her in the near future! Definitely a great branch worth the trip from Zion! Great customer service and very patient schedule with Maria Henriquez!

Rhonda We recently moved all of our insurance coverages to Miller insurance. Paul worked with us diligently going through all of our farm policies, home policies, medical policies, liability policies, automobile policies and a specialty policy that he had to go through so much paperwork. He came to our house many times. He went to all of our properties. I know he had to have many hours in writing all the policies he covered. In the end he saved us money and gave us better and more precise coverage. I highly recommend Clarence Miller insurance and if you can get Paul Tomshack to help you out its a win win.

Ashley Wolfe These ladies at this location are amazing! I needed a place to start building credit and was referred to World Finance by a friend that uses their services. I dialed them up and within minutes I was approved for a loan! I have since refinanced my loan twice! I didnt even know that was an option, being new to the loan world, but they reached out to me when it was available and explained it to me!
