1 /5 Anthony Cox: Banks of all institutions should be honest. I continue to catch Peoples Bank in lies to justify added fees. No customer service here. Promises for "the right person" to call back... 4 times now, 4 weeks, no call backs. Time to move out of PB&T
So they call me regarding this post and I catch them in more lies. "People" should not be in their name as they have ZERO regard for the customer.
I have accounts in 4 different banks. Peoples B&T has the worst customer service of all of them. And there is a huge gap between the other 3 and PB&T.
