5 /5 Jesica Stefanski: Staff is always friendly, always helpful and knowledgeable. They really do put people first. Ive used bigger banks like Chase and BMO Harris, and they were always shady with fees and posting deposits after debits. People First never does that. They make the rules clear and stick to them fairly. I love banking with them and trust them. Great people.

1 /5 Nancy Rivera: Banking here is a nightmare. Dont do it. The commercial loan officer, Jack Masterson, doesnt care to keep clients happy. I had over $500,000.00 in a commercial loan along with a checking account balance around $3,000.00 a month and he refused to work with me. I was an excellent client paying everything on time. However, one time a late fee was incurred unclear to me how it happened and I was out of town. He refused to waive the late fee $157 and on top they hit me my checking with other fees. Many banks and credit card companies waive the 1st late fee as a courtesy because they want to keep your business. I guess this bank didnt care to keep my business.
