I reached a phone representative easily that gave me answer promptly and assisted me with my claim. It took 10-14 days for payment, and just received it. Of all the banks and insurance companies Ive dealt with in the last month and a half, this has been by far the easiest and most pleasant experience. I really appreciate the fast (human) response. My mom set this up when living in MN and later moved to CA where I too am located. Jerrie Jordan I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley furniture but financed it through Synchrony Bank. I have been paying on the bedroom set for 9 months, and my bill is still the same. Every time I call regarding this matter, I get the runaround. I have also contacted the BBB but have yet to have a resolution. Buyers be ware, this bank is a rip off. And, I dont want anyone else to experience what I am currently experiencing. I will never pay off this bedroom set because the bank refuses to deduct payments made to them, which is causing me much anxiety. For your own safety and protection, stay clear of this bank. I
