Communication was always clear and they were super easy to work with. They took my needs/wants into consideration for everything and I would definitely choose them again!

Both are highly personable and professional. They both assisted us by answering all of our questions and explaining the process. They took their time to make sure we understood everything, which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend both Sarah and Dan Noll for any of your legal needs!

1 /5 Kim West: They nt me the same forms to fill out every month. I filled them out several times with the same information. "What doctor are you seeing, what treatments have you had". Filled out the paperwork to authorize them to have access to all my medical and not one medical facility were ever asked for any information. I didnt get paid any benefits and no medical bills were paid by my employers insurance. They sent 1 letter to the insurance company asking why and it was never followed up on. After waiting a year with no answers and no progress, I said I just wanted to settle the case. Instead, she went to court and asked to be removed from the case. I now have to file bankruptcy because of all the medical bills Ive incurred.

1 /5 Sara Roberson: Wish I could rate a 0! Communication among staff is terrible. I have spoken at length to an assistant who calls about my case, address change, lack of further follow-up appointments etc. none of this was apparently documented and they sent me a notice to withdraw via EMAIL and was apparently also sent via mail to my OLD address that Ive never received along with other correspondence I never received because I had moved which I relayed to this office. The person who called me always had to have me repeat things numerous times always seemingly rushed and I was never sure if she fully understood or got everything down. I know now she absolutely did not! To make things worse, I was told by this office to pursue further testing regardless of expense but to try to keep up on payments as they would be suing for reimbursement of everything. I expressed my financial burden and difficulties and they urged it regardless. Now I have bills Ill never have reimbursed and damages to my body due to a fall I can never afford to get fixed because they dont keep records of conversations and address changes. The icing on the cake though was when I responded via email about these issues and lack of communication this office responded with simply.... "Good luck to you Sara" ! Are you kidding me?!? Ridiculous....

When I initially went to them with my work comp case, I had no doubts they would handle my case with the upmost care & attention. They not only followed through, but were kind & communicative throughout the entire process. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
