Nickolas LaPuma -5 stars If I could. they lied and did everything possible to not cover our water damages. Then dropped us for water damages ??? Isn’t that what I pay insurance for? They even lied and told the roofing companies I had show proof of weather damages to them that I collected claims on my roof.

Riley Best insurance we have ever had! Evan went above and beyond and out of his way while he was at the airport on his own time to take care of our insurance needs! Everyone needs an insurance salesman who defend their clients and call an Ace an Ace and a Spade a Spade! Our family is for sure never switching to a different insurance again! 10/10 would definitely recommend this insurance company to Everyone!

Kyle Brewer Honestly a terrible experience. My agent, Devon, was great. He’s the only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1. However, the nurse rescheduled my health insurance visit multiple times and when she did show up, she didn’t do everything she was supposed to, leading to more rescheduled appointments. Then, Shelter Insurance sent me a letter telling me my health insurance was being denied for not having all the components (that the nurse never did). When my agent left the company, there was no notification or reaching out telling me who to contact. The only thing Shelter Insurance has ever done is leave me with no desire to deal with them again.
