I switched to State Farm after a bad experience with an agent with Farmer’s, and have been in great hands ever since! Jen is a life saver and goes above and beyond. Debbie Jones Jeff Mossman has been my insurance agent since I relocated to Jacksonville Illinois in 2016. His office has always been very friendly, helpful and professional whenever I called or visited the office personally. Ive had several vehicle claims because of deer and raccoon damages and the claims were taken care of immediately as far as rentals and helping me find the best collision shops in Jacksonville. Barbara Medieros If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband had insurance with this company for 20 years and paid faithfully without missing a payment. All of a sudden they started withdrawing $613.87 per month out of the account instead of $61.51 per month. When we realized it after several months we contacted Re-Assure America only to be told they insurance term had expired & that was our new premium. They never contacted us or informed us of any change in the premium or the expiration date of the policy. We never gave authorization for any amount other than the $61.51 to be deducted from our account. They are now refusing to refund the money taken out of our account illegally. I will be contacting the State Regulatory Board and an attorney for compensation.

Dr. Mohammad Shamsuddoha I used to have a State Farm insurance for my house and my cars. When I put a claim for my house roof and they immediately canceled my insurance and it was so disappointing.
