I had used Magnum years ago and decided to see if they could help me find something more reasonable. Anahi was very helpful, patient and friendly over the phone. She really took her time to help me find the best fit and answered all my questions so kindly. I went in and made sure to see her and follow through. She was very sweet and patient, also really went above and beyond with all my needs and inquiries. I wanted to make sure to give her a compliment and thanks again Anahi! Rhonda Baker Let me heap some praise on this guy. I called him, furious and frustrated, because a policy that should have been cancelled back in October had not, in fact, been cancelled. It was a three-state mess, and long phone calls with the 1-800 people had been useless. Matt said, "come on down and well sort it out" and he DID. He had NOTHING to gain from helping me - it was a policy cancellation. He went beyond the extra mile, and saved my entire family so much time and stress. If I am insurance shopping in the future, I will not hesitate to call Matt, and you shouldnt either! Thank you, Matt!
