Michelle Nicholson I had a great experience with this Kay Jewelers. I went to have a ring cleaning and was informed of a sale starting the next day. I was interested in resizing my original engagement ring. I came the next day and Sam helped me out. I landed up buying a new engagement ring and turned my old diamond into a pendent. Everyone was professional, helpful and answered all my questions. Both the ring and the pendent only took a week to get back. Very happy with my purchase! Thanks to all that helped me out.

Deanna K Shopping in Galena & we were so excited to see a Gelato place!! I really wish I had known earlier I also would’ve gotten coffee in the morning here! I had the little cup of lemon gelato & it was so good!! Very refreshing on a hot summer day. We went back later to try another flavor but unfortunately the store closed at 5:00pm. That was a disappointment as it makes the perfect dessert after a dinner in town. (Hint hint…you stay open longer people will come!)

Dana Stopped in for a quick consult/estimate on the repair and adjustment of my 12 year old wedding ring. It was missing a side diamond and the prongs were loose. I also wanted the rings seperated (all three were saudered together). Eduardo was super helpful and very fair with his price so we moved forward and it was ready in a day!! Brandy Gomez My girls love these necklaces and bracelets. They are unique and stand out, they dont have friends that have any that match. The customs weve had made, we know that we are the only ones out there at this time with that design of necklace, as it was made to match outfits or what they like to do. Sarah did an amazing job and exceeded expectations with these customs we had. Turn around time is just as amazing. The Pens write smoothly and are totally amazing as well.
