Another attorney might have sought to plea. However, due to his skills, there was no plea bargain. Through multiple court appearances, the entire case was dismissed with an expungement order. If anyone ever needs excellent representation, then I recommend him most highly. I cannot thank him or his firm enough for their representation.

Gary Zumwalt Called to have them to correct my deed that he filed i am on the mortgages and never was put on the deed Ive already paid to have this done when purchasing the home and when I mentioned it he said he would do it but for free even though it was done incorrectly by Timothy Jefferson he immediately started to get a attitude with me and I told him there was no need for that and to comedown and told him not to be a jackas over it he hung the phone up. I tried to call back several times with no luck. If you want your paper work filed wrong hes the guy for it. And after he does it wrong he will try to get you to pay for it again even though its his mistake I would highly recommend someone else that will do it right the first time and if not have enough integrity to fix the own mistakes... Nelson Jenna My son was in an accident when he was 17 and he is now an adult. We went to Kanoski Bresney and were paired with Todd Bresney. He has been great with Jake and keeping me in the loop. They are fighting hard so my son will get what he is entitled to for his injuries. We went to them, they did not come to us which I liked.
