1 /5 Melanie Thornton: The worst experience I ever had. Paid them 8000 for my mothers estate. Long story short, my father ended up with my mothers estate after they had been divorced for 37 years. She did not have the money to take his name off the farm, he ended up with it. Joel from OMAP did not say more than 3 words in court. Crooked judge gave it to my father. I was out everything including her 24 hr care for almost a year and her funeral expenses. I had to take the law office to small claims court to get part of my retainer back. Also, was charge for other peoples legal expense and was sent someone elses legal packet containing medical records, letters, family stuff, etc. best part is they charge me for it. Charge me for an accountant I never had. Said would remove charges from my bill and didnt when I called to complain or have my bill fixed, they charged me for the time and phone call for their mistakes. Run the other way!

1 /5 Maryah Gibbs: Completely rude staff! Our lawyer would never get back with us. 3 years of over 15,000 dollars in attorney fees. We couldn’t get her to file anything. Our daughter passed and we didn’t pay for a few months and she dropped us. Explained our story then she revoked the status of us being her representatives on judiciary. Took our money then we waiting for 4 months to hold someone in contempt ( for over 2 years breaking a judge’s rulings and because she didn’t file correct paperwork we now owe back payment) plus the petitioners lawyer fees. Judge even asked on stand why we have no evidence or proof which we did. All was said is she didn’t have time to present it to the court … but that was your time to, show them. Life is precious when it’s your kids. Money is hard 3/4 of his check went to lawyers just to have some rights for a good dad. Most the time we didn’t have her even show for things just send someone else in the group that didn’t know much. I feel like she didn’t care to know us or care about why we hired her at all! Just a pay day. I usually don’t make posts and I usually don’t make judgments.

1 /5 anna fink: This should not be considered a law firm. I watched this firm rack up a bill of over 30,000 for a friend who was in family court and they got her less than she started out with. The father of Her 4 little girls who lost one of them on a major road and had to have the child returned to him by the police was granted every other weekend and Wednesday nights.This was after he already had an order of protection put on him and she advised to have it dismissed. Needless to say if you are trying to protect your family and loved ones, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! You will end with more debt than anyone can pay and less than you started with.

1 /5 Carlie Travis: Ridiculously rude staff answering the phone. Months with no contact after paying a retainer. Cannot even speak with them to leave and get new counsel. Terrible experience compared to other firms in the area.
