Ty Coup Attorney Brandon Mayberry is great to work with! My son received a speeding ticket in March 2025 in southern Illinois while returning to the University of KS from a spring break trip to Florida with his college roommates. Mr. Mayberry did all of the legwork with the county prosecutor and was able to negotiate a resolution to the ticket that would help keep the ticket off of my sons record. Mr. Mayberry kept us informed of the progress that was being made throughout the entire process and answered our questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. Although I am hoping that I never have to use his services again, I would 100% recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney to work with in southern Illinois.

John Phillips Due to an improper payment to the County Clerk, I ended up with a last-minute court date that I would have been unable to attend. I contacted Al & his firm at the last second, and they quickly helped me alter my court date, instructed me on how to proceed, and then helped me win my case when it occurred. Al, Sophie, and their team constantly texted me to update me and ensure I was informed and worry-free about the process. On the day of my court appearance, Al personally came and explained the process and what I would need to do, guiding me the whole way. If you have an upcoming court date, I suggest using Al & his team to fight for you. Luckily, thanks to them, my ticket didnt impact my driving record or insurance!

Kathleen Simpkins We had worked with Dan on a very sensitive family court case. He won us our case and saved our family. He communicated back and forth very well. Barb is a great associate and works really hard on making sure paperwork is done properly and forwarding emails from the other clients. We were sent an email from the opposing lawyer at 10:30pm but Barb forwarded that email ASAP to us THAT late when our trial was at 9am the following morning about them taking an intervener off the case and then having 3-4 witnesses to 0. Our trial was 3 hours long but scheduled to be 4 hours long. Dan only charged us for the 3, even though he saved that time slot to be open for us and looking at the docket, he worked another case that day. We appreciate Dan for being patient with us. We are a family of 5 and step brothers and sisters. Very confusing but it didnt confuse Dan at all, when it confuses people at school or doctors offices. Barb is probably the friendliest person I have met in my entire life. She has a warm welcome and is more than helpful with information. Thank you for all of your help. Our whole family is happy and safe again. We can now move forward with our lives with positivity.
