5 /5 Richard Clelland: I was responding to a request for an interview to go over my policies that I have with Allstate insurance companies and everything went quite well. We went over my homeowners policy and my automobile policy and if I had any questions they were answered right away and to my satisfaction. In all my years of being insured with different companies I had never been asked to make a review of my policies. The young lady that I talked with was quite helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation. I would like to say that I think shes a credit to the organization and you should be quite proud of her. For
