Sara Brooks I was having issues after starting a policy with another insurance company. There was wrong doing somewhere so I decided to reach out to freeway to switch. I got the most pleasant experience from my agent Edie! She brought comfort as well as helped me work it around an already crammed budget timeline. Beyond thankful at a time where compassion was needed. I used freeway years ago and I’m glad I went with my gut. Best decision ever! Thank you Edie seriously there needs to be more like you in customer service!

Kathee secor I recently sufferred a serious accident. My car was totaled. Everyone I worked with from Tim to corporate were so kind, encouraging and interested in me as a person. I reported the accident through corporate office as it occurred on a Sunday. Tim called the very next day to check on me. His office staff is very supportive. Its the reason I have stayed with AMFAM since the 70s and well worth the cost of insurance.

Jeff Weigel Neala did a great job of calling me to let me know that my rates dropped. I also decided to increase my coverage, a process that was very easy. It took only a minute or so on the phone. They’ve also been very easy to deal with when I actually had a claim to file. Great service!

Lorraine Planek Great service. I was with Allstate for many years and their prices increased dramatically and their service, while initially good, become abysmal. With Nystrom the prices are reasonable and I always get a quick, helpful response with any questions I have or changes I need implemented.
