I do not believe you get what you pay for. yes he was really reasonable with price but this is actually the second time he has successfully helped me with my situation. Court went really smooth, we touched base as often and quick as we could even with COVID. I would highly recommend him. He knows how to get things done. Steven Cohen I’ve been driving for over 50 years. Prior to six weeks ago, the last time I was stopped and issued a ticket was 28 years ago. I watch a lot of daytime court room shows. One of Judge Judy’s favorite expressions is, “This is my playpen.” With that in mind, why go into a legal venue without someone who understands the rules of the playpen? They were always fair and honest with me in dealing with my cases, which included dealing with a work comp case, an accident my son was in, child custody matters, and a unscrupoulous creditor. If you want honest lawyers who are excellent at what they do, call them. I have dealt with other lawyers over the years and none of them hold a candle to Mr Geisler and Mr Weaver. If you need a good lawyer call them first!!!

My divorce was a mutual agreement between my ex husband and myself so Bill represented both of us and talked us through everything we needed to know to make our divorce smooth. Bill also represents me every year with guardianship for my disabled son. His office staff lets me know well ahead of time when yearly paperwork needs filed. Gema Tinoco I was first charged with driving without insurance. While I was insured, I couldnt find my proof of insurance at the time of being pulled over. I was assigned a court date that I missed by mistake - thus, an ex parte judgement was made for me finding me guilty of charges that would then lead to fines and revoking of my license. At this time, I sought a consultation from Mr. Nickels office and was really appreciative of his transparency in sharing that I may be able to reschedule my court date and appear with my proof of insurance without his assistance while still providing me with his rates should I choose to hire him. I chose to appear in court following his guidance and without representation. My charges were dropped but when the county failed to follow up with updating the ILSOS, I was unaware that I was driving with suspended plates and license until I was pulled over months later. This resulted in additional charges of driving without registration and driving with a suspended license (which are Class A misdemeanors). I sought Mr. Nickels representation through this process and appreciate how responsive and prompt he was to resolve my situation and help for my case to be dismissed. I did not have to appear to my second court date because he was able to resolve my case ahead of time.
