1 /5 Laura Ursprung: If I could give less than 1 star, I would. There was no issue setting up the trust, and in fact, they were quick and responsive. Since the setup of the trust, however, none of the communication has been pleasant. Instead, it was been rude, condescending, and unhelpful (not concise. As a writing and communications professional, I recognize, concise, clear and to the point). If you simply want someone to set up the trust and you never intend to need to speak to your estate planner again, then yup, these are your attorneys. If you want someone who will still answer your questions even after you have after the initial consult and they have received payment, don’t expect that.

5 /5 Larry Miller: Jones Elder Law is an outstanding Trust Law Firm. The process of setting up a trust for my mother was one of the easiest things our family has had to do with Mom. They know exactly what they need to do based on your needs and are able to explain everything so that we could understand, in an otherwise very complicated situation. We trusted them through this hole process and are Very Pleased with everything they have done for Mom. I have had to get some help after the Trust was done and their support is second to none. In a time where it is hard to get a hold of anyone or fine excellent service anywhere. We highly recommend this Law Firm to anyone. Stephen and Rosalind are two very qualified attorneys and we could not have done this with out them

5 /5 Deanna Chastain: My parents didnt have much in assets, but we suspected they had just enough that with moms health needs Elder Law planning was needed. Ros and Stephen were great to work with! After explaining the situation to them and the level of care my mom was going to eventually need, they provided a plan to protect my parents from completely exhausting their financial assets (which wasnt much, but just enough that planning was crucial). Their level of knowledge has been so helpful!! They have always been professional, courteous and very understanding throughout the process, even now with the Trust at work. Since the signing of the Trust, I have had multiple requests and questions which they have been quick to address!! Thank you so much Ros and Stephen!! I HIGHLY recommend this law firm for Elder Law and Trust planning!!

3 /5 Shawna Ruppert: When my mother and I were trying to help my grandmother get her estate in order, we realized we needed to hire an attorney to walk us through. I reached out to Jones Elder Law, LLC to make an appointment for setting up a medical and financial POA for my grandmother, as well as inquiring about advanced directives, amendments, and other estate related items. The only reason Im giving 3 stars is because they may very well be a perfectly capable firm. I dont know and will likely never know because they never returned my call. My family and I ended up working with one of the few attorneys that returned our call.

5 /5 M Vaughn: I worked with Ros & Steve when they did elder law planning for my parents. They set up a great plan that has already proven valuable. When my mother passed, they met with my dad again to explain how what they had put into place was now functioning. I have also worked with them on several mutual clients. Their professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. Yes, I have heard of other lawyers with quicker methods that promise better results, but corners are cut and laws are bent. I dont need that for my parents or clients. I refer all elder law clients to Jones Elder Law.
