Paul DiTomo Lisa Hall and her assistant, Mary Jo did a fantastic job with State Farm Auto Insurance handling my vehicle’s damage claim. Not only was I helped with the auto repair company and the car rental while my car was being repaired, Mary Jo also followed up 3 different times to see if everything was being taken care of. I was very impressed by this and didn’t know that there are still companies who really care about their customers. I would rate Lisa Hall State Farm AAA+. Thank you again Mary Jo and Lisa. You are the BEST!

Barbara Medieros If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband had insurance with this company for 20 years and paid faithfully without missing a payment. All of a sudden they started withdrawing $613.87 per month out of the account instead of $61.51 per month. When we realized it after several months we contacted Re-Assure America only to be told they insurance term had expired & that was our new premium. They never contacted us or informed us of any change in the premium or the expiration date of the policy. We never gave authorization for any amount other than the $61.51 to be deducted from our account. They are now refusing to refund the money taken out of our account illegally. I will be contacting the State Regulatory Board and an attorney for compensation.

Dan Zolman Amica was a good insurance company when I first joined in 2008. Trying to communicate with this company now is impossible. The rates keep going up but the service keeps going down. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amica says that they send notices for discounts, but I cant remember getting any. But they have no problem raising your rate. Dont get into an accident, because they will not communicate at all! I have so much more to say but Im too angry. Go somewhere else!

Annette Roach Gabe Ritchart changed our insurance from Arkansas to Illinois seamlessly. He also insured our new home for replacement value, and explained that the insurance on the house in Arkansas had only been insured for market value. We did not know that and are grateful he was looking out for our well being.
