Kyle Brewer Honestly a terrible experience. My agent, Devon, was great. He’s the only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1. However, the nurse rescheduled my health insurance visit multiple times and when she did show up, she didn’t do everything she was supposed to, leading to more rescheduled appointments. Then, Shelter Insurance sent me a letter telling me my health insurance was being denied for not having all the components (that the nurse never did). When my agent left the company, there was no notification or reaching out telling me who to contact. The only thing Shelter Insurance has ever done is leave me with no desire to deal with them again.

I have a few special circumstances Im dealing with regarding getting coverage and a major issue Im dealing with, with a different company. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was so easy to sign up, create an account and get the policy started for when I needed it for. I have been with a direct competiter of Allstate for almost 20 years, so it will be interesting to compare how each company does business...I will say that thus far I am 100% satisfied and looking forward to working with Allstate!
