5 /5 Jessica symons: Leah has been my insurance rep for 7 years now. When I say she is amazing, thats an understatement. No matter what my needs are, she is right there to help me. I just recently went through a car shopping/buying experience. She never got annoyed with the many quotes I asked her for on different vehicles. Or when I had her add a new vehicle & a week later she had to adjust my policy yet again because I sold my old one. A simple email and done! I felt so bad having her jump through all these hoops but she never seemed to mind once. Thank you Leah for making my experience a little less stressful.

He takes a personal interest in our family and reviews our coverage regularly (as we age) to make sure we have the right coverage and are taking advantage of technology discounts to keep our premiums in check. When we do have claims to file Barry goes the extra mile to ensure we understand the process and are not alone working with contractors to get our problems resolved. He has contacted contractors on our behalf to check on repair progress and to offer assistance where needed. He also has been available to answer questions or advise us of appropriate steps to take - regardless of day of the week or time of day. He is resourceful, understanding and gives us confidence that when we need coverage we have no worries - because we have discussed and selected the best plan for home, and auto to cover us. If I needed anything, at any time, he was there to help. I have both my home and auto through Hosto Insurance, and I must say that Barry and Leah are truly amazing to work with. You always feel they looking out for you and have your best interest in mind. You can’t beat their customer service.
