Not only is the communication bad, but also noted in the other reviews he will drag the case out for years and run the cost up with no refund. I would not recommend using him, you will not get the time given to you that is needed with the work load he has taken on and he will admit to that after you pay your retainer. I am in a worse position now then when I hired him over 3 years ago.

Wesam I consulted with Darryl about a case, and all the positive reviews are true. He is extremely knowledgeable and highly articulate in how he explains things and lays out a plan. What really stood out to me was his responsiveness. The guy picked up his own phone on a weekend. I know that shouldn’t be an expectation, but let’s be honest, when you’re calling a defense attorney, it’s because your life is falling apart. Having someone that attentive in a time like that means a lot. If you need the best of the best, I highly recommend him.
