Rebekah Benson Two years ago I had an accident. Within 24 hours an adjuster was at my home to view the vehicle. Within 36 hours they had the car in the shop. I was able to get a rental car immediately. They were quick to get this done and stayed on top of the situation until I signed off on my car. They recently made sure that my coverage for both house and vehicle were exactly what I needed. This was done without a major increase to my payments. The staff that I have worked with have always been courteous and respectful. I have never been pushed into anything I did not think I needed and they have always been there to answer any questions. One fantastic team

They always shop for the best prices each renewal period. They quickly respond to any issues that come up. It is a night and day difference from the service I received from other agencies the previous 30 years. My only regret is I didnt come across IIP 40 years ago.
