They are always polite, personable and professional, which is why I choose to go into the bank rather than use the drive through or the ATM. The longest I have ever waited to see a teller was five minutes at most and it is typically less than two.

The lady who waited on me, was very friendly and joked around with me, as we were finishing my online application by adding my documents needed.
