1 /5 Cody King: Hey Belvidere, I bank here, and I usually have no issues with my experience. Aside from time and time again having the displeasure of dealing with the fat Hispanic girl with glasses that works here. She insists on giving you a deposit slip instead of just taking your debit card and cash for depositing. "Do your job"! Every other teller there is very kind, and knows I give my card and cash. It has my name and all the information needed to verify a deposit. This very aggravating Woman has never been pleasant in my experience. She must be the manager because she hasnt been fired yet. She also told my wife shell call the police because she was 15min early waiting for the drive through to open. Like I said "Never Kind".

2 /5 Tessa Kodie: Went to this location as its my home bank to withdraw more than they allow at the drive through (I didnt know what the limit was) I am 39 weeks pregnant with a busted foot. They told me I would have to come inside but I have to hurry because they close in 2 minutes and no one would hold the door open for me to ensure I could get in. I get to the door the second it hit 5pm and they wouldnt let me in. Less than impressed with their customer service.

1 /5 Marquise Bailey: I didn’t have enough funds because mortgage took 4 days too come out so everything else that was due was coming out making me unable to pay my mortgage so it was returned. I’ve called four days in a row to get my returned item sent back out and none of the customers service people told me in a very detail information on what I needed to do. First day I called they said I didn’t have the funds in yet so I had to call tomorrow when the funds were in. Called the next day after 2pm they said on that Friday I needed to call before 2pm not saying nobody would be in tomorrow witch was a Saturday called Saturday and was told nobody was in too send it out for me so in my head I’m like why are you guys even working on a Saturday then!? Called this Monday and now they’re telling me it’s too late to send it out. Like what in the hell!!! Service just sucked!! Been with this bank for 5 years or longer and never dealt with this. Just this alone will make me switch banks!

1 /5 Johnae Bocanegra: I deposited cash into the ATM after selling my car in order to write a check for the downpayment on a new one. This bank LOST MY DEPOSIT and only gave me $100. Then expected me to wait forever to get MY MONEY. I called corporate and was told there’s nothing they can do about the money even though I have the receipts showing the deposit was successful. I called the branch and they don’t even have record of me inputting my money. I’m new to this bank and signed up after moving and needing a local branch and I’m DISGUSTED at their policies. I’ve never seen money deposited in an ATM not be instant and no one I know has had this happen, especially not with large sums of cash. I’d stay away from FNBO entirely. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

1 /5 Sam L: Made several cash deposits on different occasions in their (ATM) later found out it isn’t their (ATM) from someone at the branch, and is serviced , not by them. Never showed up in my account, and never have I ever had to dispute a deposit transaction. Thank god I got a receipt, something I normally don’t do. We just opened the account maybe a month ago, and we don’t even use their debit cards, and there was fraudulent charges. All I can say is I’ve never had issues so many times, and in such little time with any bank. I understand they are a smaller bank, but I’m not trusting my money with them anymore. Looking for bigger, and more reputable banks. They definitely have some kinks they need to work out!!!
