1 /5 layne Maggio: I called this law firm hoping to get some help, but the receptionist clearly couldn’t be bothered to even speak with me. From the start, she was dismissive, unhelpful, and acted like I was wasting her time. She couldn’t answer basic questions about the attorneys or their experience, and gave off the impression that helping potential clients is just not a priority here. If the front desk is any reflection of the firm, I wouldn’t trust them with anything important. Sue was extremely unprofessional and this was frankly a waste of time. As a paralegal for a law firm, I hope that the partners know how the firm is being represented to potential clients. I was referred to this firm by a friend of Patricia Flynn and I am so shocked that my experience was so poor.

Megan is very thorough with her work. I really appreciated she was able to help with my legal work through phone call instead of in-person. Megan always seemed to have my best interest in mind and legal issues & terms in an easy to understand way.

Patricia was very fair and made me felt at ease during the entire process by explaining everything in detail and made the process a better learning experience. At couple of occasions, Ms. Flynn went out of her way to ensure my parenting time was not compromised and at the same time she was looking out for the best interest of my son.
