It was expected to be a fairly straightforward and uncomplicated sale but as is often the case, challenges arise. He was extremely responsive, easy to get a hold of and communicated to us very clearly, explaining the sales contract and other documents to us in a way we could understand. Then at closing when the buyer threw us a curve by not being prepared with necessary requirements, Ryan stayed calm, helped us understand our options and advised us on course of action.
