Collin Krause Casey was my attorney for my variance request with the board of appeals to receive a 4 foot fence instead of the allowable 3 foot fence in a front yard. Casey was an excellent attorney for this case and put in a great deal of time and expertise to help achieve the outcome I was hoping for. I had planned to read a long statement in the hearing, but after Casey did his bit, I really didn’t need to say anything because he had covered everything so perfectly. Sometimes these hearings can be difficult, and I think if I hadn’t had Kepple Law on my team, there’s a very good chance it could’ve not been decided in my favor. Very grateful to Casey; he is a really nice guy and an excellent lawyer with tons of knowledge. 10/10 would use his services again.

My case lasted close to a year and a half and there wasn’t a time when I went longer then a couple weeks without hearing from Josh to update me regarding my case. He explained what he was doing and why. He isn’t going to pressure you to sign anything so he can get a paycheck, he is a man of high integrity, class, and his end goal is to have best outcome for each of his clients and it shows in the hard work he puts into each of his cases. I would recommend Josh over and over to anyone seeking legal representation.

daniel rader The other reviews indicating the poor communication are 100% accurate. Not only is the communication bad, but also noted in the other reviews he will drag the case out for years and run the cost up with no refund. I would not recommend using him, you will not get the time given to you that is needed with the work load he has taken on and he will admit to that after you pay your retainer. I am in a worse position now then when I hired him over 3 years ago.
