Cassidy Downs Some of the greatest customer care I’ve experienced in my time here. I switched to State Farm after a bad experience with an agent with Farmer’s, and have been in great hands ever since! Jen is a life saver and goes above and beyond. My biggest thing was having an agency that will communicate with me and always be thorough. Jen does just that. Very grateful to have Richard’s agency in town!

J “Review Realm” Needed Insurance and I could have gotten it from Runyon Insurance where I pay all my other Insurance Payments. But I wanted to shop and look for well known Company like Geico or The General, but I shopped for Renters Insurance. Because you never know what could happen. So I always see Cathy Conley from State Farm on mail I recieve. I thought the price for all Coverage where I Live would be OUTRAGEOUS and what I was gonna expect if I decided to go elsewhere. But after a 10 minute phone call. I was ready and out the door to State Farm 20 mins later. The monthly prices and Coverage is and well worth it. She is very professional, Respectful and Sweet lady and had all the answers you would want to hear even with not burning a hole in your pocket. I Recommend her to anyone and it is worth it. So State Farm sounds like it maybe Way over your budget and Monthly Bills, but I PROMISE you that you wont regret it in the End!!!

Ashley Garlick Jessica and team has been amazing to work with the last several years. They go above and beyond when I contact them with any question/issue. When we had property damage from a storm, Nancy came out herself, to take pictures even when an adjuster was scheduled. I appreciate their multiple years of great customer service!

Jessica Perez I worked with Elliot and he was absolutely helpful and understanding. I had questions and 3 different homes and cars for him to review.
