Christina Falter Julie is great about responding to my questions. I’m sure they become monotonous, but she doesn’t make me feel like a bother. Her patience and customer service are rare gems in today’s world.

Sara Brooks I was having issues after starting a policy with another insurance company. There was wrong doing somewhere so I decided to reach out to freeway to switch. I got the most pleasant experience from my agent Edie! She brought comfort as well as helped me work it around an already crammed budget timeline. Beyond thankful at a time where compassion was needed. I used freeway years ago and I’m glad I went with my gut. Best decision ever! Thank you Edie seriously there needs to be more like you in customer service!

Laurie Nyberg Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to be dropped from my State Farm policy. Which was fairly upsetting because I had been w customer with State Farm for a long time. But I was dropped from my home owners policy which was out of the agents control completely. This was quite upsetting but the agent did reach out to me and did his best to make sure the transom was as smooth as possible. I realize now he was just doing everything in his control to make the situation as smooth as possible even though he’s not in control as to who and when the customer may get dropped from their policy.

Ginmars1 Sheri is such a joy to work with. I feel like she brought us the best deals in health insurances available to her. She was always prompt in returning calls or having one of her friendly staff get back with us, most times the same day. I highly recommend her and American Central Insurance..
