Brandon Do not use citizens bank they are awful! I had to have shoulder surgery and why I was off. My daughter was also diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in this time period. We applied for the hardship assistance and filled out what was asked. Then they waited a week to mail us a letter saying they needed more and asked for things we already sent. So we called verified what they needed and sent it. Then they waited a week and sent another letter saying it took too long and they dropped our hardship case. They will play with you in a time of need instead of helping you out like they say they will.

Went through the report with me, let me know of upcoming things that will need to be replaced. He had also noticed a separate issue with the bypass tray door and ordered the parts needed to fix it.
