1 /5 Susanne Roa: Was given explicit instructions as to what I wanted him to do. He did not return my phone calls and did not take the action I specified. When he did call he would try to talk me into doing something I did not want. What should have been taken care of within a week dragged out to months and I finally had to get very stern and forceful acting. I would never let him be in control of my money.
