Marnie Stear I have been with Cooperative Choice/Members Choice since 2001. I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience. Julie, Joe, JJ, Wendell, and well there are more that have gone way above and beyond to help me throughout the years. They have done way more for me than any other place I have banked at. I just wish I could name everyone here. They know who they are. Some people tried to get me to switch to a bank or different credit union. I just could NEVER go anywhere else. Garrett Finch Edit; Dropped rating from 5 to 3 stars. Ive gone in multiple times to get credit statements, once I was charged, a couple times I was not. Their online banking website barely works half the time for me. Problems I never experience when it was Soy Capital. Another edit 02/04/23; I have since removed my funds and transferred to Staley Credit Union. I had applied here for an auto loan of less than $30k, and despite my 7 year history with Soy/First Mid, excellent credit score for my age, and ZERO missed credit card payments for the entirety of having my credit card, I was declined. Loyalty doesnt seem to mean anything to them. Went to SCU and walked out within an hour with a check for my truck.
