Her approach to clients is to treat them like family, and it is extremely evident in everything she does. She epitomizes the old phrase "when you are here, you are family." I HIGHLY recommend Carla if you are looking for an advisor that actually cares about you and your future, as opposed to just another commission. I recently attended a seminar she hosted for her clients. As each client arrived, she personally greeted each one by name, often with a hug, and spent time talking about personal things in that clients life. I was amazed at the level of relationship she had with each client and I could see that she genuinely cared about each person. I cant say enough great things about Carla. She takes the time to get to know you as a friend and client. She makes time if you have questions and gives straight advice to gain personal goals. Not only does she keep a close eye on our investments and check in regularly with recommendations, but she has gone above and beyond, doing things like communicating directly with our accountant to minimize tax consequences, and advocating for us with an insurance provider that gave us confusing and conflicting information. Carla and her office administrator Danielle are always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Five stars!
