1 /5 David Bandy: I would leave 0 stars if I could. The owner of Dempster is a very unpleasant person to deal with. Very manipulative. Was told by auto owners catastrophe adjuster that I didn’t have to replace my roof and they would still pay out on the claim. Was told if I didn’t replace the roof I wouldn’t get the additional depreciation money. Had a roofing company inspect and they said the roof had minor granular loss to random shingles that did not merit replacement. The catastrophe adjuster also said that the roof may last another 25-30 years. Only one other person on my street of 40 homes actually had their roof replaced. I was told by Casey that I would have 2 years to decide if I wanted to replace the roof. Now after 6 months they are saying I need to decide in the next 3 months or my policy will be dropped. Nothing but changing stories with this insurance broker. Also every time we had an auto issue with one of our kids cars they were always trying to convince us not to turn in a claim. What’s the point of insurance if your broker is always scheming to get you to not use it but to go ahead and pay them money monthly. This broker is a joke and should rename to Dumpster insurance.

1 /5 Amanda Hannie: I was attached by an aggressive dog outside a home insured by Dempster. Casey Martin finally contacted me after I had to insist on having the insurance information so I could go to the Dr. Honestly I thought I was going to have to get a lawyer as I hadnt had any contact from them. When he did call, he was incredibly rude and threatening and yelled at me over the phone. I would highly recommend staying away from any dealings with this insurance company (unless of course you have an aggressive dog that attacks people walking by and you want someone to cover for you).
