Rachel Smith I am HIGHLY recommending Atty Dailey and I will detail why. He took my family law case, that was supposed to be a simple case against DCFS, and it ended up over a two year ordeal. It was so tough to fight a system for justice, that was built to protect itself, but he remained diligent and went into every detail of the case. He found every discovery possible to tell my truth. At no point, did he lower his standards to those of DCFS, he remained above all honorable, respectful, and more than competent. He sat with me when I was at my lowest, helping me cope with life and cared for me as a person not a paycheck. I truly believe he has fulfilled his calling to help others get the justice they so desperately need.

Meg I dont write many reviews and when I do it merits special attention. Mrs. Sweeney and her staff are professional, punctual, friendly and extremely detail oriented. From the very beginning with the consultation Mrs. Sweeney explained every step of the process in ways I could understand. She made sure I was informed and educated throughout the entire process. Communication with her and her office was great my calls or emails were always answered within 24 hours, typically sooner. Linda was great! especially with her prompt communication. She always made sure to offer help if I had any questions and was quick to respond. I would most definitely reccomend Mrs. Sweeneys firm to anyone and everyone.

Valhalla Awaits This man is a horrible human and a worse attorney. He gave me a timeline of two or three months for a probate case that has now lasted over two years. He has ignored any attempts Ive made to contact him for almost a year and refuses to respond to my requests for information. I wouldnt use his representation again if he paid me. He has lied repeatedly, refuses to inform me on information pertaining to my case, and has actually had people that have filed claims on the estate involved in the probate process. Dekalb county should be ashamed of this mans actions. I wish I could give him zero stars.
