Companies have become extremely automated nowadays, but getting to chat with Dave and his team helps make the experience less dreadful. His team is very helpful and always quick to respond to my questions or concerns.

5 /5 Richard Sims: Dave and Dana have provided excellent customer service. My wife and I have been with Dave Strong’s Agency for probably 20 years and can’t say enough about their team. My wife had a bad accident and Allstate took care of her and Dave and Dana made sure her claim was being handled quickly. Every time we have had to add another car or house, they have been quick to reply.

1 /5 M: I have to laugh at the group that thinks this agent cares, I have never come across an agent that is more hands off. I hate that it takes me going through several minutes of.prompts to reach my agent, his wife has nothing but attitude when you ask her a legitimate questions. Then tells me to call allstate, when there is an issue, No thats your job as an agent. So bad I switched agents just to be able to reach someone in a timely manner. Run far away from this hot mess express

1 /5 Jason Vice: I have had Allstate insurance for 16 years. 8 years ago my agent retired and I got Dave Strong as my agent. As long as I paid my bill and didn’t need anything added or changed he was great. That being said, since I change possessions a lot, he is basically worthless. In the last 7 years he has cost me thousands of dollars not putting the coverage on vehicles when I call and get it set up, or not dating policies correctly. So if your looking for an agent that talks well but really doesn’t get the job done this is your guy. By the way he actually rarely goes into the office to work so make sure you get his cell phone number if you want to talk to the actual agent..
