Chase Bank - Morris (IL)

1 /5 Joshua Greenwood: If you need to cash checks that are funded through Chase Bank dont go to the one in Morris because this is not once but twice they put an endorsement canceled stamp on a check without a valid reason I showed 2 forms of ID and the asshole would say something that the check cant be verified so take my advice and avoid this Chank Bank location Id give this place negative 5 stars if it were possible.

1 /5 King Vicious: NEVER COME HERE. I was made a fool of at this location for the first time in my life so bad that I had an anxiety attack. I went in with a personal check from my employer and Armando the manager had me waiting for 20 minutes while they huddled behind the desk and the rest of the customers in the lobby stared at me behind the counter. Afterwards they refused to even talk to me or cash my check and told me to take my check elsewhere . I ended up taking my check to Joliet chase and Jackie behind the desk was so happy to help me and checked the system and explained the issue to me and I was able to receive my money. She even apologized for what happened to me at three morris location. Armando is a judgmental racist negative rude person . When I called the location he refused to acknowledge the situation and told me he would do the same if I came back.

1 /5 Bill Pierson: Got there at 4:15pm to set up an account for my daughter before she goes off to college tomorrow, place closes at 5:00. She was told to come back another day as the banker was already with a customer. What kind of customer service is that? If you’re not going to help people until you close, why are you there? It’s not like a McDonalds where you have to clean, shut off the grills, mop, etc. Very poor service, but very quick to charge you an extra fee for whatever they can. The only reason for choosing chase was their ATM location at my daughter’s campus.

1 /5 Joshua Hopper: Opened an account and made a deposit that was deposited into the wrong account. I had to come back to prove their mistake. I was told one of two bankers would help me and watched 3 people called into an office ahead of me. I had to ask to find out the banker busy for the past 45 minutes was the only one tasked to help me. Im still waiting to talk to someone. Avoid this branch. An atm is more useful than this.
