The company is family owned and everyone that I have met has been pleasant and very supportive including the owner Joe. So another thing that I have noticed is that the people have longevity with the company they’ve been with the company for years 20 years 15 years and 5 years That speaks volumes about the company itself if people were not happy they would not stay that long so so far I feel like I came home to a good thing and they have flexible work schedules as well.
